Product Description

The Raynox HDP-9000EX High Definition Telephoto 1.8X conversion lens is especially developed for use with a cameras which have large-aperture lenses. The HDP-9000EX brings distant subjects up close while maintaining outstanding image quality and not affecting the master lens’ f-number.The lens has a mounting thread of 72mm, and can be attached to other lenses by purchasing an adapter ring of 62mm, 77mm or 82mm (sold separately). When using the HDP-9000EX with the camera at a wide-angle setting, there may be a darkening at corners (vignetting), depending on the camera. With the Sony HDR-FX1/HVR-Z1 vignetting does not occur between 6x and 12x zoom area, with the Sony HDR-FX7/HVR-V1, vignetting does not occur between 5x and 20x zoom area. With the Canon XL 1/XL 2, XL H1 20x zoom vignetting will be evident between the 6x and 20x zoom area, and with the XH G1/XH A1, it will occur between the 13x and 20x zoom area.
